I’m Alyssa Specht, a real estate educator, AI trainer and Learning Experience Lead with eXp University.
My work sits at the intersection of real estate, education, productivity and emerging technology. I develop and deliver training designed to help professionals turn what they’re learning into something they can actually use.
That’s also how I approach AI.
I’m less interested in showing people every new tool than I am in helping them identify where AI can remove friction, improve their work and help them take action faster.
AI should make the work easier.
